Good news for all Xiaomi fans. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra could launch next week, according to a leak coming directly from a popular third-party Chinese retailer.
Xiaomi has officially confirmed that its Xiaomi 13 Ultra will launch in China early this month, but we don’t have a specific launch date yet. It has announced on its website that the smartphone is expected to arrive from April 18 onwards, excluding leaks from homegrown third-party seller JT Store.
According to the trader, expect an event in China next week on Tuesday at 7 pm.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra promises to be the best in pictures
If the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is highly anticipated, the Chinese manufacturer is used to providing its “Ultra” smartphones with the best technology on the market, especially in terms of the image area.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be equipped with a 50MP IMX989 sensor, but the latter will feature a variable focal length, unlike the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro. Xiaomi promises to use the best Leica lenses, resulting in brighter shots than previous models.
The manufacturer has improved not only the main sensor, but also the secondary one. There will be a 50MP IMX858 wide-angle sensor, a 50MP IMX858 3X telephoto sensor and a 50MP IMX858 5X periscope sensor. The latter two benefit from more refined algorithms, which deliver better images and better scenes with more detail when fully zoomed.

Other parts of the device also benefit from improvements, most notably the USB-C connector, which will be upgraded to the 3.2 standard. This would allow the smartphone to take advantage of the video output to connect an external display, but this change limited Xiaomi’s fast charging to just 90W compared to 120W on the Pro model.
