Windows 11 causes performance issues for some AMD Raison processors

Windows 11 has been officially released, but if you have an AMD Raison processor, you may want to pause the update: Company Reports Its chips have issues with the new operating system, which can sometimes lead to a performance drop of up to 15 percent.
