Vivo has launched its new smartphone vivo Y36

Independent/- Vivo has launched its new smartphone vivo Y36 which comes from the economy category and has competitive specifications.

According to the company, the phone came with two models, the first supports 5G networks, while the support for the other is limited to 4G networks, while both models come with different processors.

The first model to support fourth-generation networks came with a processor from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, while the fifth-generation network model has a Dimensity 6020 processor from MediaTek.

The Chinese company backed both models with 8GB RAM + 8GB default, while offering 256GB of internal storage with the ability to expand up to 1TB via microSD external memory cards.

The phone performs well in terms of power consumption as the company packs a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging technology.

The phone runs on Funtouch OS 13 user interface, which is based on Android 13 operating system from Google.

The new phone comes with a 6.64-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2,388 x 1,080 pixels and a brightness rating of 650 lumens.

The company launched its new phone with a 50-megapixel camera with f/1.8 lens slot, the other camera comes with a 2-megapixel camera with f/2.4 lens slot, and the front camera comes with a 16-megapixel camera. An f/2.45 lens slot.

According to vivo, the phone supports Bluetooth 5.1 technology, comes with a USB-C (USB-C) port, supports NFC technology, and comes with a fingerprint sensor on the side button.

The company offered the new phone in blue and black colors, priced at $225 for the fourth-generation model, but did not disclose the price of the fifth-generation model.
