A very strange situation happened to one racer in the race as his BMW M4 GT4 ran out of fuel before the end of the race at Okayama Racecourse.
The driver had to push himself to get the finish of the race.

The scene took place last weekend at the Asian GT4 Racing Series at the Okayama International Circuit.
The footage shows the BMW slowing down.
The Toyota GR Supra GT4, driven by Hairdarma Manoppo and Seita Nonaka, has a 33 second lead, running full speed past him to win the race.
Adding to the drama of the story is the fact that Max Oredo and co-driver Masaaki Kano led every lap from the start.
At first, spectators at the Okayama circuit didn’t understand what was happening, thinking the driver chose to slow down to run the clock, so he wouldn’t need an extra lap to run, according to Daily Sports Car.
Others thought it was a joke.
But along the way there is no strategy, no humor, and no misfortune.
The reason was ridiculous and completely embarrassing for the race team: they ran out of fuel.
It became clear when five cars overtook him and saw the driver get out of the car and start pushing it.
In the end, Uredu finished sixth.
A win would have clinched his side the 2023 Japan Cup on the same day.
Fortunately, Sunday’s race ended well with spare fuel in their tank and they were able to claim the championship they deserved with a one-day delay.
