The English Football Association has released a video of the conversation between the head referee of last Saturday’s match between Tottenham and Liverpool in the seventh round of the Premier League, resulting in sensational details.

The English FA released a video clip of a conversation between chief umpire Simon Hooper, fourth umpire Michael Oliver, Darren England and his assistant video umpire Dan Cook.

The video assistant referee confirmed there was no foul at first between Mohamed Salah and De Van, then focused on the offside shot.

After a discussion between the video referee and the technical officer, the video referee declared the shot offside to choose the best angle and determine the lines.
