Vasel Hospitality & Leisure has announced the completion of construction work for four new hotels in Dubai, a subsidiary of the Dubai Asset Management Group.
The company said in a statement today that construction work on the Hyatt-centric Jumeirah has surpassed 98%, explaining that the project is being built on an area of 4,122 square meters near the shores of La Mer, opposite the Arabian Gulf.

Wasl Hospitality & Leisure has also revealed that it is building a new hotel project in the Al Sufo area in partnership with Marriott International Group.
He pointed out that the concrete structure of the 30-storey hotel was recently completed, with the new hotel covering 318 rooms, and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
In addition, “Vasel Hospitality and Leisure” has completed construction of the other two hotels, namely “Loft Dubai Airport” with 230 rooms and “Element Dubai Airport” with 89 apartments, as the next two hotels will open in the next few months.
Ozil Hospitality and Leisure Portfolio has 6,885 hotel units, of which 5,301 rooms are distributed across 19 hotels, and 1,584 hotel apartments are provided by nine hotels.
