The United Arab Emirates won 10 medals at the Arab Junior Arch and Arrow Championships.

Our National Archery Team won 10 color medals at the conclusion of the Arabian Junior Championships in Nouakchott, Mauritania with the participation of 6 Arab countries.
Sharjah 24:

At the end of the Arabian Junior Championships in Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania, the representatives of our national team returned with 10 colored medals for the bow and arrow.

Dr. Saeed Al Kafi, President of the United Arab Emirates Arrow and Arrow Federation, Fahad Salem Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Technical Committee and the family of the Game Federation received the assignment, including 7 snipers from both genders and Team Manager Mathar. Hot weather at Salem, Dubai International Airport.

Our team had a good harvest in the competitions in which 6 Arab teams from Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Libya and Syria participated. Our team won 10 medals, 6 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze.

At the team level, our team won two gold medals for both men and women and two gold medals in the mixed doubles event. Gold medals were won by Fujairah Martial Games Club and Alia Saleh of Al Fursen Club. Al Madame Club Bronze Medal.

Dr. Saeed Al Kafi stressed that the results and performance provided to the young snipers in this tournament, look forward to a promising future for this Olympic Games.
