The inaugural edition of the Abu Dhabi Supercross Grand Prix for Motorcycles has successfully concluded its proceedings, with the Abu Dhabi Circuit World Championship taking place for the first time in the region at Yas Island at the Etihad Arena. The Etihad Arena saw a unique transformation and an unprecedented logistical feat to build the track in preparation for this global event. The process of building the track took four days, during which crews used 16 machines to load and level the dirt and transport 7,000 tonnes.
