The Paint program is gearing up for a revolutionary move from Microsoft

Date:

Microsoft is testing a revolutionary quality tool in its popular Paint program for editing and modifying images on its Windows platform, which will finally help users easily remove the background from their images. .

Microsoft is testing several programs with new updates in the canary for developers, and in version 11.2306.30.0 of the Paint program, a new smart tool has appeared that allows users to remove the background and crop the more saturated part of the image easily and accurately. In the same way that the most popular design program Adobe, Photoshop offers.

In a blog published on the Windows Insider tab on Microsoft’s official website, a revolutionary background removal tool was spotted in the popular Paint program in Windows.

Microsoft Paint

To use the tool, you open an image with Paint and press the Remove Background button on the left side of the toolbar. From there, Paint will automatically focus and crop the area of the image and remove the surrounding background, leaving it white (transparent when saving the photo).

And as the developers mentioned in the blog, it’s also possible to select a specific part of the image and request that the background be cut out from it, a method used when more than one element is in strong focus. Image, all as per user requirement.

Bringing a feature like this to the legendary Paint program would make the app even more useful, although the biggest uses for this program are quick editing of images. Cropping, resizing, commenting and other complex things required professional programs, especially Photoshop, and other free options available online.

While there are already free options available online or in other programs, it’s much faster to get live background removal because it’s available in a major Windows image editing program.

Notably, the news comes after reports confirmed that Microsoft is testing adding features to the Paint program using artificial intelligence, the first of which is the ability to design images by writing text and describing what’s needed.
