This happened during the head of state’s reception today – at Al-Shadi Palace – for the Turkish Vice President and his accompanying delegation, who are on an official visit to the country.
At the start of the meeting, Cevdet Yilmaz conveyed the greetings of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wishes for continued prosperity and progress for the UAE. And his best wishes for further growth and prosperity for Turkey and its people.
His Excellency Cevdet Yilmaz, who has been appointed as the Vice President of the Republic, wished him success in his duties and serving the people.
During the meeting, His Highness and the Turkish Vice President reviewed promising opportunities for the two countries to develop their economic partnership, especially in the fields of economy, investment, and food security, in areas that contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. , renewable energy, environment and other key sectors.
The two sides discussed several regional and international issues and developments of concern to both countries.
