Elaf from CairoThe management of the Cairo International Film Festival has announced that it will open a recording of films seeking to participate in the activities of its 44th session, which will be held from November 13 to 22 at the Egyptian Opera House from May 15. Requests for movies will continue to be received from around the world until August 15, through the festival’s official website at www.ciff.org.eg.
For his part, artist Hussein Fahmi, president of the Cairo Film Festival, said the festival seeks at its 44th session to attract diverse works, covering a variety of ideas, cultures and cinematic trends, by opening the door to participation in new and inspiring experiences. From all over the world.
Regarding the arrangements and arrangements, the director of the festival Amir Ramses said that the management has completed all the preparations to receive the participation requests and respond to them through the official website. The festival’s prestigious team, which has had significant success in courses, has appointed Andrew Mohsen, director of the critic’s technical office, and critic Osama Abdel-Patta, director of the critics’ weekly program, and Youssef Hisham, the young director. Continuing to work on films for the United States and managing the short film project, Asian show critic Rasha Hosni and director Maggie Marjan for Cinema Eastern Europe.
The Cairo International Film Festival, one of the oldest and most regular festivals in the Arab world and Africa, is the only festival in the Arab and African region to be listed in Division A of the International Federation of Producers (FIAPF) in Paris.
