Investing.com – German stocks were mixed at the close on Tuesday, , , and . On the other hand, losses were recorded in the , and , sectors, which led the indexes down.

At the close of trade in Frankfurt, it closed down by 0.02%, while it fell by around 0.15% to strengthen its position at 0.68%.

One stock stood out among today’s leading stocks Hanover Rook SE (ETR: ), which was up 2.13% or 4.70 points to end at 225.10. On the other hand, HeidelbergCement AG (ETR: ) was up 1.63% or 1.28 points to end at 79.92 while Berseedorf Eximgesellschaft (ETR: ) was up 1.39% or 1.85 points to 135.05. of the session.

On the other hand, the best performance in the MDAX index was recorded by stocks Axtron SE (ETR: ), which rose 7.79% to 38.88, Carl Zeiss Medi (ETR: ) continued its rise of 6.53% and ended at 93.60 levels, as well as the stock Nemetschek AG (ETR: ) rose about 2.23% to trade at 79.80.

Among the weakest performing stocks today, we mention the company’s stock Nordex SE (ETR: ), which fell 6.88% to close its session at 9.48. HelloFresh SE (ETR: ), which lost 5.51% to trade at 14.67, and SMA Solar Technology AG (ETR: ), which lost 4.01% to close at 57.40 in today’s session.

Gold futures for February delivery rose 0.09%, or 1.80, to settle at $1,995.50 an ounce. In other commodities trading, WTI crude oil futures for delivery in January fell 3.86% or 2.75 to settle at $68.57 a barrel, while the February contract for Brent oil contracts fell 3.71% or 2.82. points, and closed at $73.21 a barrel.

The EUR/USD pair was stable at 0.28% and traded at 1.08 levels, while the EUR/GBP pair was unchanged at 0.30% and reached the 0.86 level.

Dollar index contracts traded down 0.22% at 103.48.
