On the other hand, the best performer on the S&P 500 index was CF Industries Holdings (NYSE: ), which rose 2.55% to trade at 78.36.Best Buy Co. (NYSE: ) continued its rise. 2.18% and the stock ended at 69.51 levels Westrock Co., Ltd (NYSE: ) rose about 2.14% to trade at 37.70.

Among the weaker performing stocks today, we mention shares of First Solar Company (NASDAQ: ), which fell 3.34% to end the session at 154.38, and shares of Invidia Group (NASDAQ: ), which lost 1.93%.
