Barcelona fans are eagerly awaiting an official decision on French winger Ousmane Dembele’s future after his contract expires on June 30.
Dembele’s contract with Barcelona expired last June, and while his contract renewal has yet to be officially announced, there have been several signs in recent days to confirm his stay at the club.
Although Barcelona have yet to announce the French winger’s contract renewal, he appeared in training alongside his teammates before the start of training on Tuesday, a fresh sign of his continued presence at the Catalan giants.
Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang posted a video on his social media accounts in which Dembele appeared to be changing his clothes in Barcelona’s dressing room, alongside his compatriot Samuel Umtiti, the Ivorian midfielder and newcomer Franck Kessie.
The 25-year-old returned to the Catalan capital last Sunday, according to a video circulating on social media, agreeing to sign a new contract with the Blaugrana for the next two seasons, a 40% pay cut compared to his old salary, according to reports.
