The South Korean pop band BTS delivered a speech from its headquarters in the United Nations, which dealt with issues such as vaccinations against COVID-19, youth issues, and planetary recovery.

Seven members of the choir stand in front of the green marble in the United Nations General Assembly Hall during the “SDG Moment” event to advance the United Nations’ 2030 goals of extreme poverty eradication, planet protection and gender equality.

“Every choice we make is the beginning of a change, not the end,” said R.M.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in introduced pop stars as special presidential envoys and “an exceptional group of young people connected with young people from all over the world.”

Russia Today reports that the band members took turns speaking on the platform of the United Nations General Assembly within the seven-minute period allotted to them.

But not only did they talk about the goals of the United Nations, the group also revealed a new video song called “Dance Permission” filmed at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

As they danced from the United Nations Hall to East River Park, the group sang “Don’t do it again, do the work”.
