Sharjah: “The Gulf”
Sharjah HR Department organized “Masarak” job fair for job interviews for job seekers who want to join private sector companies.
Held under the slogan “Choose your path and make your decision”, the exhibition featured training workshops in collaboration with strategic partner “Nafes” program aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Emirati workforce and increasing their employment rates. Their contributions to the private sector include the company “Amazon”, investment banking and many other workshops.
Targeted job seekers with various educational qualifications participated in the event and learned about the opportunities offered to them according to the vacancies in the group of private companies.
More than 20 private sector companies in the country participated in the Mazarak exhibition, including: (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Abdul Waheed Al Rostamani Group, Investment Bank,
Sharjah Driving Institute, Etisalat Company, Kargash Enterprises, Double Tree Sharjah Waterfront by Hilton Hotels & Residences, Swiss Arabian Perfumes,
Amazon, Falcon Pack, Prime Hospital, Saudi German Hospital, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al-Bahar, Al-Bath Holding Group, Tycon, Gulf International, Global Food Industries, Citra, and Gecko Super General).
Engineer Omar Khalban Bin Huraymel Al Shamsi, Member of the Sharjah Emirate Executive Committee and Head of the Human Resources Department, confirmed that the “Masarak” system was born out of an effort to implement the high-level guidelines of the Human Resources Department. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, supports the development of national workforce presence in work sectors, helping them confidently enter various business communities.
He emphasized that such important events open the door of opportunities for the sons and daughters of the country and provide many opportunities to get competitive opportunities and get jobs in the private sector.
The department is committed to the annual qualification and training program of the job seekers, guiding them to improve their skills and abilities and then recommending them for suitable jobs within the government and private sectors as per their qualifications and skills.
