belbalady.net DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — Saudi Arabia bid farewell to the kingdom of Ramadan with a hailstorm.
Saudi photographer Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Al Ali documented the scenes in Western High after “massive clouds” formed, as he told CNN in Arabic.
Speaking about the white-out scenes he documented on April 17, the photographer said: “When the hailstorm came in large numbers, the terrain changed and it became more beautiful with mountains, hailstones and natural formations.”
Al Ali documented these mesmerizing scenes with a “drone”, highlighting the landscape paintings that formed above the ground. (Watch video clip above)
“The weather during Ramadan was very beautiful and cold, and this year’s Ramadan is beautiful because of the rain and mild weather,” explained the photographer.
Saudi likes to document the different weather conditions on the Arabian Peninsula and puts his followers “always at the center of the event,” as he puts it.
According to a tweet issued by the National Meteorological Center (NCM) in Saudi Arabia on April 17, it has forecast heavy rain and thundershowers with hail in the Hail region.
