Brigadier General Turki al-Maliki, the official spokesman for the coalition forces supporting legitimacy in Yemen, announced the completion of a prisoner and prisoner exchange by releasing 104 Houthi prisoners held by the coalition in a humanitarian effort by Saudi Arabia.
