Meteorologist Laith al-Alami said the latest aerial images show polar winds blowing from western Russia to Turkey and the Levant today via southeastern Europe and will continue in the coming days.
Al Alami pointed out that these polar winds will be characterized by significant and noticeable cold weather over the next two days, when Saturdays and Sundays become “local” and rainfall chances are reduced compared to today.
He explained that forecasts indicate that more polar winds will blow on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
