The team’s CEO Oliver Kahn revealed Bayern MunichThe reasons behind the sacking of Julian Nagelsmann as Bayern’s technical chief and his replacement by Thomas Tuchel were revealed on Friday.

“The last few days have been difficult for all of us. Julian is a great coach and we have done well individually. It is our duty to take care of the sporting sector,” Bayern Munich’s managing director told a press conference. New coach Thomas Tuchel should be introduced.

Khan added, “We have a duty and a responsibility to ensure a game win. We asked ourselves where did such huge fluctuations in the team’s performance come from. It has nothing to do with panic. Everything is in front of our eyes. The whole thing started last. A little season with inconsistent performances. “

He continued, “The team can always play to its strengths, but it also shows inexplicable weaknesses from time to time. We have strengthened the team again and have one of the best teams in Europe, however, the performance has been consistent. Not really improved.”

He added, “Nagelsmann was also very focused on communication. We were in constant exchange and could talk about all topics. I even had the opportunity to tell him one or two things about my experiences. We did everything we could. Support Julian.”

Oliver Kahn continued, “Of course, as a CEO, I also have many tasks. It’s a key position and I have a close ear to the team. I always try to find dialogue with the players. This is also a strength. The CEO of the club as well. It comes from the game. It’s a A built building.”

And Oliver Kahn added, “We cannot be satisfied with the results and the performance. It did not satisfy Bayern, so we had to make a decision.”

“We were eliminated last year against Villarreal and Gladbach. We have one of the best teams in Europe. The consistency of performance has not improved. We cannot be satisfied with the results,” explained the Bayern CEO.

And Oliver Kahn emphasized during his statements, “We all know that Bayer’s goals are always very high. Seeing our goals threatened, we decided to fire Julien.”

“I talk to the players here and there and I think we’ve been able to do that better lately and we have a clearer picture of what the players are thinking and feeling,” said the Bayern Munich CEO.
