Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola is set to launch the new Edge series in the Indian market on August 17, 2021. Two phones in the upcoming Edge series — the Edge 20 and the Edge 20 Fusion. The phone maker has officially confirmed this information through its official Twitter account. Recently, the company teased the upcoming smartphones on its social media sites. It is worth noting that the Moto Edge 20 debuted in Europe last month with the Moto Edge 20 Lite and Moto Edge 20.

The European-spec Motorola Edge 20 comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display, HDR10 + certification and an upgrade rate of 144 Hz. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G Sosi and comes with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
To take pictures, there are three rear camera modules with 108 MB primary sensor. It comes with a 16MP secondary lens and an 8MP optical zoom lens. It is powered by a 4000 mAh battery with Turbo Power 30 fast charging support.
The Motorola Edge 20 Fusion, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 90Hz upgrade rate. Under the hood, the Octa Core MediaTek Dimension 720 may be a SoC. The chipset comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion is expected to get all three rear camera configurations. The main sensor can have an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 108-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is said to be a 32MP camera for selfie and video calls. Powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging. Both phones are expected to run Android 11.
