Work Microsoft AI-powered Bing has been loosening restrictions and adding more features for some time now, and most recently, the company has increased the number of chat sessions to 15, the total number of conversations to 150, and has now added a share button. Allow users to share chat responses powered by artificial intelligence, Bing.
“We’ve added the ability to share Bing Chat responses with others via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, email, or a permanent link,” the company said in a blog post, listing other features Microsoft is working on. These features include: Adding Bing Chat and Compose to the Ribbon is an Edge profile, enhanced context understanding, and group inclusion in Skype conversations with Bing.
Some of these features, Microsoft corporate vice president and consumer marketing officer Yusuf Mahdi, shared earlier in a tweet in addition to the Bing handle on Twitter.
Ping chat and typing in the Edge sidebar
Users of the Edge browser with version 111.0.1661.41 will see a new Bing icon in the sidebar that includes a chat and write feature, and the feature will help users write drafts quickly, for example, if users want to update, the company said. With their “About” information on LinkedIn, they can click the Bing Chat button and enter a natural language command.
The Bing chatbot will quickly generate a summary that can be copied and pasted into the About box, and most importantly, these experiences will only appear to users who have access to the new Bing preview.
Check the answers quickly
Last month, Microsoft announced three new modes: Creative, Precision, and Balanced. Creative mode aims to make answers more “original and imaginative”.
Microsoft is also testing an “Equilibrium” mode enhancement to “significantly improve performance” for shorter, faster responses. The methods of precision and creativity remain unchanged.
Improve understanding of context
Microsoft announced that it has improved Bing’s ability to absorb large amounts of context in creative tone conversations. This expanded contextual window allows for a better foundation – approach to improving the quality of user-supplied claims.
Group on Skype conversations with Bing
Last month, Microsoft announced that users could chat with Bing on Skype. In the latest update, the company is opening up Bing Preview on Skype with their friends. “Join a group chat where at least one person is approved, add Bing as a participant, and everyone can chat with him regardless of their queue position. To chat with Bing, add @Bing to the beginning of your message,” the company said on its blog.
