Manchester City on Friday pulled the curtain down on a statue dedicated to Argentine striker Sergio Aguero, the English club’s all-time leading goalscorer.

It marks the third year in the club’s history that they have won the league, with Aguero scoring at half-time.

The statue is located on the east side of the “Etihad” stage, joins the statues of the company and Silva, and was executed by plastic artist Andy Scott using thousands of galvanized steel pieces.
