Learn the right way to catch a toothbrush

When she appeared in The Real Housewives of Cheshire, cosmetic dentist Hannah Kinsella shared some important tips for keeping teeth healthy and white, and revealed the mistake we all make: How to catch toothbrushes.

According to the British newspaper The Sun, Dr. Kinsella’s most important notes are:

Instead of brushing your teeth with a firm grip, hold your toothbrush from the end and use the handle as if holding a pen. This will reduce the pressure on the brush and teeth, thus protecting them from damage and contributing. To whiten teeth.

Be careful with your food and drinks
Coffee, tea and liquor can quickly turn yellow or brown stains, so avoid these drinks if possible or drink them with a straw to whiten teeth and avoid stains. The nicotine in cigarettes can stain teeth, so avoid cigarettes to protect your teeth.

Your general health can also lead to yellowing of teeth
What many people do not know is that health problems such as diabetes, oral cancer, anemia and certain eating disorders can damage tooth enamel and oral health, leading to yellowing of the teeth.
