The total estimated benefits of reducing carbon emissions will be 21 billion dirhams, and 8 billion dirhams will be saved on road maintenance costs, with tourism benefits estimated at 23 billion dirhams over the next 50 years, with the general benefit to the state’s economy reaching 23 billion dirhams.
