The package includes the provision of ready-made houses worth one billion dirhams to low-income earners and various housing loans worth 2.1 billion dirhams to citizens.
The release of the second housing concession in 2023 coincides with the advent of the blessed Eid al-Adha and stems from the leadership’s desire to consolidate social stability and improve the quality of life and dignified lives of citizens. This ensures the continuity of the comprehensive development process in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
With this new package, the total value of housing provided to citizens in Abu Dhabi will rise to around six billion dirhams by 2023, benefiting 3,607 male and female citizens in various parts of the emirate.
Muhammad Ali Al-Shurafa, Head of the Department of Municipalities and Transport and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, expressed his gratitude to the Head of State, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
