Isco leaving Real Madrid after 9 years .. and “5 Champions League”

Spanish international midfielder Isco announced yesterday his departure from Real Madrid after nine seasons during which he won the Champions League five times, the last of which was against Liverpool last Saturday.

Isco, who joined the Royal Club from Malaga in 2013, expires on June 30, and will leave the Spanish capital with 19 titles in three (2017, 2020 and 2022) and five major continental tournaments in the league (including 2014, 2014). 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022).

He said on his Instagram account: “When I was in Malaga I knew I was leaving. I joined another club, but Real Madrid knocked on my door. I can not always say no to Real Madrid despite exceptions.” With smiling face and turtle emoji.

It appears to be an indirect critique of the often-compared French Kylian Mbabane, one of the turtles in the animated series “Ninja Turtle” who turned down Real Madrid’s offer and extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2025.

The 30-year-old continued, “I remember telling my surroundings that it had been a long time since Real Madrid had won the Champions League, and I feel it was going to fall, and then it came, especially (tenth degree. 2014), everything that came after that was history.”

He continued, “Nine years later, my life at the club ends with all the dreams I had when I was a kid,” I told a friend yesterday, “I do not understand why they build stuff. After the Cibles Arena party, 15th degree (in the Champions League). Is coming. “
