He said the new program responds to acute food insecurity in Sudan, adding that the program aims to provide cash and food transfers to more than two million food-insecure beneficiaries in 11 states. He emphasized that funding would be channeled exclusively through the World Food Program to expand the response to provide food security and provide direct support to the most vulnerable groups in Sudan, noting that priority would be given to women, children, the elderly and people. with defects.
