The Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, Customs and Port Security has confirmed the continuation of work in its operational rooms and centers providing services for identity, citizenship, residence and foreigners affairs during the Eid al-Adha holiday.
He also pointed out that during the Eid days, his Customer Happiness Centers at the state level will receive customer requests and provide services to them from 9 am to 1 pm from Tuesday to Thursday. , in addition to submitting claims, accessing services through the authority’s website and smart application 24 hours a day during Eid holidays.
Considering their social and humanitarian conditions, the authority explained its interest in providing services and delighting the customers during the holidays with the aim of making them happy and improving their quality of life.
On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, the Authority conveyed its sincere greetings and blessings to the wise leadership, Emiratis, residents and affiliates.
