England captain Harry Kane will not renew his contract with Tottenham Hotspur as speculation mounts for German league champions Bayern Munich including the 29-year-old international marksman.
According to British newspaper The Times, Kane is in no rush to leave Tottenham this summer, but his team have two options, either let him leave or try to win the title in the new season or qualify for the Champions League next season.

Bayern Munich are reported to have offered £68m for Kane, but Tottenham are demanding £100m.
On the other hand, the Daily Mail newspaper indicated that Tottenham are interested in midfielders Chelsea’s Connor Gallagher and Aston Villa’s Douglas Lewis to compensate for the departure of Pierre-Emelie Hoiberg to Atletico Madrid.
For his part, Tottenham coach Ange Postecoglou admitted he was not comfortable with the unclear situation surrounding Kane’s future, indicating his desire to have it resolved as soon as possible.
Postecoglou, who was appointed as Tottenham’s new manager before the start of next season, felt the player’s current status was not welcome and told reporters via Football London that it was fair to say he was not comfortable with the situation.
He added: “It’s not something you look for and know whether it’s going to happen or not, which means it’s a very important part of the football club, not just for the team but for the whole club.”
And the Australian coach continued: “So you have to deal with it, for all parties involved, I see we don’t want to do this for a long time, I don’t think it’s good for anybody, I don’t think it’s good for Harry, I don’t think it’s good for the club.”
He explained, “It’s not about his contract ending on August 12, he has to make a decision, he still has one year left on his contract.”
