Super Nintendo World, California, USA

A year after Universal Studios Japan opened in 2021, the world of Super Nintendo arrives at Universal Studios Hollywood in February 2023.

Guests enter the Mushroom Kingdom via the game’s famous green tube.

Once inside, visitors will discover a world of fun experiences that include meeting their favorite characters and eating fun foods.

Ghibli Garden, Japan

If you’re a fan of Studio Ghibli’s animated films (anime) like the Oscar-winning “Spirited Away,” this new park is for you.

Ghibli Gardens is located outside of Nagoya, Japan and opened in late 2022 in Japan’s Aichi Prefecture covering 17.5 hectares of the Expo 2005 grounds.

Legoland Korea Resort, South Korea

Following the debut of Legoland New York in 2021, Legoland Resort Korea is slated to open in May 2022.

This fun wonderland in Chuncheon is all about Lego bricks, with more than 40 rides and attractions in seven themed zones.

Columbia Pictures Aquavers Water Park, Thailand

In Asia, Columbia Pictures’ Aquaverse Water Park is one of the most exciting openings in 2022.
