The festival follows the support of the Head of State, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, “May God Protect Him”, for projects that help camel owners to preserve heritage, promote traditional festivals, grow and promote them. The festival highlights the role of camels in the culture and heritage of the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council, with camel auctions for purebred breeds in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi including Local, Majahim, Purebred and Al Wada. The next session will include “Sweehan Auction, Razin Auction, Saeed City Auction and Madinat Saeed Auction”. And the closing ceremony is “Al Tafra Festival”.
