Paris, April 20 / WAM / Hind Al Otaiba, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of France, hosted an Iftar dinner titled “Interfaith Dialogue” in the presence of guests from all political, economic and cultural sectors. In addition to representatives of the various religious communities in France, including the Muslim, Christian and Jewish communities.
The breakfast, which was attended by a number of senior officials and dignitaries, including the Secretary General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Anne-Marie Descott, comes in the framework of the inauguration of a solidly based Abrahamic family home. Foundations, the most important of which is to promote interfaith dialogue, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, which this year coincided with the Christian and Jewish Easter holidays, as well as launched within the seventh session of the “Maglon” activities. Through an inclusive embassy, prominent figures from the UAE and France will gather to discuss key files of common interest and make progress in strengthening Emirati-French relations.

On his part, the Project Manager of the Abrahamic Family Home Center, Mr. Abdullah Al-Shehi shed light on the building, which symbolizes the UAE and the values of tolerance and coexistence that characterize the UAE. Reflects the vision of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed. It continues to support this path by promoting the values of peace and coexistence.
