Emirates News Agency – The League of Arab Nations has called for a comprehensive Arab tourism organization to tackle the Corona epidemic.

Cairo, December 07 / WAM / The League of Arab Nations called for a comprehensive and bold redesign of the Arab tourism system, adopting possible solutions such as promoting domestic tourism, establishing alternative Arab tourism components that benefit from digital transformation opportunities and artificial intelligence. The promotion of tourism products and services underscores the need to reconsider the Arab strategy in the tourism sector to create an efficient Arab tourism administration to adapt to the exceptional circumstances left behind by the corona epidemic.

This was stated by Ahmed Rashid Gaddafi, Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, in his keynote address at the opening of the 29th session of the Executive Office of the Arab Council of Ministers for Tourism today. At the 108th Session of the Economic and Social Council last September, the Committee on the Effects of Epidemiology, including practical recommendations on coordinating procedures for the registration and approval of vaccines approved by the Economic and Social Council and their use among Arab countries.
