Sharjah, September 19 / WAM / The Sharjah Human Resources Department continues to implement the Sharjah Government’s strategic direction plan teams in improving government services, which will continue until the end of this coming November. So far, it has been implemented with two groups. Participation of 42 civil servants at the headquarters of the Holy Quran Complex in Sharjah.
The program aims to equip leaders of development initiatives and programs in government agencies with the UAE’s vision and strategy for the future of government services and how to align plans to improve government services in Sharjah with future aspirations.
The program consists of a panel of applied seminars and workshops, covering a wide range of topics across four axes over four days: future readiness and digital empowerment, government excellence and best practices in the government services sector, innovation and proactive service design, and managing and improving the customer experience journey.
Walid Abdul Latif, a government innovation consultant and expert in designing future services and work systems, said: “Participants come out of the program with a range of recommendations and improvement initiatives that can be implemented in their government departments. Best Current Practices in the Emirate of Sharjah, success stories and initiatives have come to an accurate view of the best practices in the Emirate of Sharjah to improve the quality of life for all.
The HR Department is keen to adopt all growth and development programs that raise the quality of government work and is concerned with pace with modernization of tools and policies that push government services towards the highest competitiveness indicators.
