Sharjah, March 10 / WAM / The “Fan” Foundation, which is interested in promoting and supporting the art of media among children and youth, will launch an “anime” event tomorrow in the Al Jada area of Sharjah. The Art Foundation is organizing the event, which will run until March 13, to provide Japanese anime art fans in Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates with the aim of strengthening the children’s creative potential in the field of media and visual arts. The “Shasha” program includes a series of workshops on anime and manga art, each lasting 50 minutes, presented in English and Arabic by a group of professional artists for children 10 years and older. Drawing anime and manga characters.
Tomorrow’s activities will include five workshops, “The Art of Origami and Stop Motion Technology” and “Drawing to Dimensional Anime Characters”, while participants in the “Making Visual Novels” workshop will learn various ways to enhance the visual and creative side. In addition to the opportunity to participate in the novel, “Coloring” workshop manga and anime drawings, get a collection of references, learn innovative techniques in coloring manga characters, and they will learn the secrets of caricature in a workshop. The next day, the Art Foundation will present two workshops for young artists entitled “Introduction to Manga Art” and “Introduction to CB Style Drawing”. In addition, “The Mindset of an Independent Game Developer” workshop aims to enhance the creative skills of young artists in the anime industry, with the aim of workshops on “Stop Motion Origami” and “Japanese Folk Animation” that take participants in “Cashol Games” for electronic games.
The last day of the show includes a workshop on “Backgrounds for Animation” and “Basics of Drawing Manga” or “Basics of Comics – Comics”, as well as two workshops on “Introduction to Manga Art” and “Create Your Imagination Hero”.
Audiences will be able to enjoy two of the most popular anime films, as The Journey, directed by Gopin Shishuno and produced by Saudi Arabia, will be screened in Saudi Arabia tomorrow and on the last day, The Promised Place.
