Dubai, 10 December / WAM / Yesterday, the Republic of Honduras celebrated its National Day Expo 2020 in Dubai with a series of cultural and entertainment activities such as flag hoisting ceremonies and the singing of the national anthems of the United Arab Emirates and Honduras. He added: “I would like to congratulate His Excellency Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai, for organizing this wonderful event combining innovation, technology, architecture and art. After a catastrophic epidemic changed our reality, the world is the perfect environment to meet and reconnect.
Najib Mohammed Al-Ali said: The Honduras Pavilion in Expo 2020 Dubai will showcase a country rich in culture, archeology and biodiversity, and will certainly feature some of the most beautiful natural treasures in the world. You will find exhibitions offering Honduran cities, beaches, sporting events and venues. .
The celebrations, held in Al Wasl Square, also featured a dazzling performance of “My Land is Beautiful”, a colorful and traditional musical show that reflects the coexistence and diversity of the Republic of Honduras.
At the Honduran Pavilion located in the Opportunity District, visitors can learn more about the country, its beaches, its fascinating nature and opportunities for adventure in Honduras, as well as the rich traditions, food, tourist attractions and biodiversity of the country.
