Emirates News Agency – Dubai Economy fines companies for failing to register beneficial owner data

DUBAI, July 25, 2021 (WAM) – The Department of Trade Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCB) in the Dubai economy has begun imposing fines on companies in the Emirates for failing to register their data beneficial ownership before June 30, 2021. Law.

The disciplinary action now follows a serious awareness campaign launched in traditional and digital media to educate businesses in Dubai about the importance of registering their beneficial owner data in the business register as per the ruling of the United Arab Emirates Cabinet.
