AJMAN, September 23 / WAM / Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized a two-day workshop on “Corporate Management and Business Risk Management” for entrepreneurs and project owners. “.
The workshop was presented by Ibrahim Al-Tamimi, Bahrain Project Director for Best Practices and Administration and CEO of Future Court, one of the tools for the future, while 176 business owners, pioneers and entrepreneurs attended.
The concept and definition of corporate management and its role in protecting against future risks were discussed, especially in the aftermath of the aftermath of the Govt 19 epidemic of business sectors and companies whose various initiatives began to improve their internal structure to increase their competitiveness. The workshop dealt with the reality of the activities of the companies and the types of risks faced by the companies from the sources of these risks, risk management responsibilities at the corporate level, risk analysis and evaluation and project management risk management plans. ..
