The General Directorate of Residence and Expatriates Affairs in Dubai, represented by Dubai Passport Officers, welcomed the first group of children arriving through Dubai International Airport with their favorite cartoon characters Salem and Salama. The children, who became the symbol of the Dubai Shopping Festival “Motish” and Dana, were led from the plane door to the passport stand to get their passports stamped by themselves, and were given souvenirs and photos and videos were taken.
The move comes within the framework of the “Dubai Residency” initiatives to provide an atmosphere of joy and happiness during the Eid al-Adha celebration with the support of the Economy and Tourism Campaign represented by Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation. The Director General of the General Directorate of Citizenship and Expatriates Affairs in Dubai, Lt. Gen.
