Dr. Ayman Mustafavi: Enhancing the educational experience

The Division of Student Affairs at Qatar University held its annual meeting for its staff under the slogan “We Are Back After Separation” at the new Student Affairs Building, Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. In the presence of Iman Mustafavi, Dr. Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Services Mohamed Diab, Assistant Vice President for Success and Student Development Dr. 400 staff members from the Department of Student Affairs in the presence of Haya Al-Attiyah and Assistant Vice President for Admissions and Enrollment Ms. Nouf Al-Kwari.
Dr. Iman Mustafavi affirmed that moving the department’s staff to the new Student Affairs building will be an incentive to provide the best for our students and an impetus to improve effective communication and collaboration between us.
He said, “The slogan was ‘We are coming back after our distance’ to reflect the spirit of a team and teamwork in one place. The slogan also refers to face-to-face working on campus. After working remotely in previous years due to Corona precautions.”
In his speech, Dr. Iman praised the important role of the Department of Student Affairs: We are proud of the great efforts of our staff in empowering students and enhancing their academic and personal experience through excellence in providing support and development services. Organizing activities and projects and improving work environment.
On the process of shifting staff to the new building, Dr Iman expressed his appreciation for the patience and flexibility of the staff in dealing with the challenges that came with the move as it was carried out without affecting workflow or work. Stop serving students.
He explained that the new building will be a major hub for university activities and events and encouraged staff to use the opportunities and facilities in the building effectively and sustainably.
The cultural diversity of student affairs staff from 33 different countries is a source of strength and diversity at the university, as it not only enhances the work environment, but also helps support and promote student success. University life in all its personal, social and cultural aspects.
He also called on the experienced staff to welcome the new staff and lend them a helping hand to overcome obstacles and challenges in adapting to the new environment.
Assistants to the Vice President for Student Affairs gave presentations on the most important projects and achievements achieved in Student Affairs in the past, thanks to the joint efforts of all staff members from various departments and departments in Student Affairs.
The party also includes several entertainment programs.
