On Saturday, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in the city of Martel saw a dissertation for a doctorate in literature, the formation of northern Morocco and its relationship with the civilizations of the Mediterranean Sea, submitted by student researcher Abdel Monim El Hawary: “The behavior of armed youth in crime and society”.
The discussion panel included Dr. Professor of Higher Education at the Higher Technical School in Meknes. Mohamed Aarab was chaired by Dr. Karima El-Wassani Tbi, Distinguished Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in Tetouan, and Dr. Abdullah Abu Awad, Distinguished Professor at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences in Tetouan.
After listening to the researcher’s presentation and discussing the research paper with the members of the discussion group, I decided to accept the doctorate and, considering the importance of the topic he covered in the study and its current nature in the work of the security organization, I awarded the doctorate with the most honorable distinction to the researcher Abdel Monim El Hawari.
It is noteworthy that the student researcher Abdel Monim Al-Hawari holds the rank of Brigadier General of the Police and is considered one of the security structures combined with scientific research and immerses himself in training in various fields recognized by the security system nationally and internationally.
