Diabetes: A study suggests that a short walk can control blood sugar levels

A study of type 1 diabetics suggests that walking for a few minutes every half hour can help control blood sugar.

According to the results of a small trial conducted for the benefit of the British Diabetes Association, a recent study revealed that walking for three minutes every half hour can help lower blood sugar.

In this study of 32 people with type 1 diabetes, walking for a few minutes every half hour helped control their blood sugar levels.
