The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has confirmed its commitment to developing its world-leading position in the field of social responsibility and promoting environmental, social and economic sustainability.
In a statement yesterday, the authority said that between 2013 and 2022, it launched more than 380 community initiatives, through which the authority’s employees logged 206,560 volunteer hours in humanitarian and social initiatives, benefiting more than 50.4 million people in the UAE. And abroad, the public’s satisfaction rate for power reached 93.02% last year.
