Despite its benefits, it is a warning to men against drinking too much coffee

Date:

In a recent scientific study, scientists recently discovered how a nutrient affects human health, showing that coffee consumption has a greater impact on men’s cholesterol levels than women.

According to a study published in the journal Open Heart, coffee can have a significant impact on cholesterol levels, especially if the drinker is a man.

Maintaining a healthy cholesterol level is a balancing act because the human body requires high levels of one type of cholesterol, while other types of HDL and LDL low levels of cholesterol are a major risk factor for heart disease.

Drinking 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day is associated with higher levels of total cholesterol in men than in women, according to the British newspaper The Daily Express.

Researchers from the University of Arctic in Norway wrote that “coffee is the most widely consumed central stimulant worldwide.”

Previous studies have shown that consuming only two or three cups of coffee a day has many benefits for the heart, blood vessels and nervous system because of one of the health benefits of coffee. Compounds that are naturally present in it.
