Cairo – AA:

Weather forecasters in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt are expected to be hot on Friday, with moderate to hot weather on the northern coast, southern Sinai, and very hot in southern Upper Egypt, while pleasant weather prevails at night in other parts of the country.

As for weather events, early morning fog is expected on some roads leading to Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northern beaches, canals and central Sinai … while winds will blow between Greater Cairo, southern Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.

For the Mediterranean, it ranges from mild to moderate, with wave heights up to 1.75 m and northwest to northeast surface winds.

For the Red Sea, moderate to turbulent, wave heights of two to two and a half meters and northwest surface winds.
