BTS Releases New Song For 2022 World Cup

Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS has announced that while they are active as a group, they will be focusing more on solo activities in the near future. Since then, the members have been very active in their individual capacity. Recently, they were seen gathering at the World Expo declaration ceremony, where they were formally invited as ambassadors.
Now, in other news, India Today reports that the pop giants will collaborate more for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and release a new song for the event.

BTS continues to serve as ambassadors for Hyundai, which sponsors FIFA World Cup events. As part of the global campaign, the group will release a song for the 2022 World Cup. The campaign is titled Goal of the Century and will feature soccer star Steve Gerrard and Korean national team captain Park Ji. -Sung, UNESCO ambassador, Nadia Nadim, fashion designer Jeremy Scott, famous sculptor Lorenzo Quinn and others.

According to Pink Villa’s reports, BTS will participate in the 2022 FIFA World Cup Song Project as global brand ambassadors for Hyundai Motors. The K-pop group will be part of Team Century, promoted by the brand’s Team of the Century campaign. The sustainability campaign will consider its ambassadors’ support for the launch of the Hyundai Goal of the Century Pledge, which is said to start on July 29 and run until September 30. 11 participants will win tickets to watch the World Cup live in Qatar, which will officially begin on November 21 and continue until December 18.
