Brazilian striker “Neymar” reveals an impressive message on his shirt
Neymar celebrated his first goal against Paris Saint-Germain with great flexibility against Bordeaux on Saturday in a tribute to Brazilian singer Marilia Mentonka, who died in a plane crash last Friday.
The 29-year-old Neymar scored two goals in the first half of his team’s game, which led to a 3-2 victory over Bordeaux in the 13th round of the French Football League.
Neymar looked at his first goal camera and lifted his shirt to show the moving message.
It was handwritten and written: “I will be your eternal admirer, queen of misery, rest in peace MM (Marila Mentonka)”.
Singer Mentonka was killed in a small plane crash in a rural area in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, killing five people, including the singer, his uncle, producer and two pilots.
Earlier, Neymar expressed shock and grief at his death, and tweeted via his account on “Twitter”: “I refuse to believe, I refuse,” with tears in his eyes.
