A therapeutic nutrition consultant, in a special report to “Yum Seven”, said that when you eat any food that contains sugar, the body releases a hormone called insulin to deal with the amount of sugar that has entered the body, and insulin is a hormone that does not help to store and burn fat.

When you eat sugary foods, the body secretes a hormone called insulin that helps build fat, for example, if you eat sugar after eating fried or fatty food, the insulin secretion is combined with the body’s storage of all the fat. Obtained from food.

Burning rates in the body slow down at night, so eating sugar at night increases the chances of weight gain in addition to the slow-burning insulin secretion in the body. The nutritionist indicated that this could be overcome by the following. Intermittent fasting involves eating for 16 hours at night, when the body’s burning rate is low, and eating less sugar in the morning, which increases the body’s burning rate.
