The Asus ROG Phone 6 comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that supports 165Hz refresh rate and screen refresh rate and comes with HDR10+ certification. The phone has a touch sampling rate of 720Hz and a latency of 23ms, making it one of the most responsive devices on the market, at least on paper.

The device is powered by the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with Adreno 730 GPU. Internationally, the device comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, but only the 12GB variant Byte + 256GB will be sold in India. Asus has equipped the device with a custom Pixelworks i6 processor that adds extra frames to on-screen content to smooth out the viewing experience.

The Asus ROG Phone 6 gets a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor for the primary camera and a 13MP sensor for the ultra-wide camera and an unspecified macro camera. It comes with a 12-megapixel front camera.

The Asus ROG Phone has a 6000mAh battery, two USB Type-C ports for charging, one on the bottom and one on the side. You get 65W fast charging and 10W reverse charging, but due to the secondary screen, wireless charging is not available. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone port, NFC, triple microphone array, stereo speakers and 12 5G bands.

The ROG Phone 6 is available in multiple configurations, but in India, only one variant is available. The 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 71,999 and will be available in black and white.

Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro: Specifications, Price and Availability – 89,999

The ROG Phone 6 Pro matches the vanilla ROG Phone 6 in most aspects. You get the same 6.78-inch screen, same Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, same cameras, same battery and fast charging support.

What sets the ROG Phone 6 Pro apart from the regular ROG Phone 6 is that you get 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the back panel, instead of an illuminated RGB ‘ROG’ logo, the device gets a color ROG Vision PMOLED secondary display panel that displays notifications and other items.

Globally, the ROG Phone 6 Pro comes with 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage and is priced at Rs 89,999 in India and is available in a single white color.

As for availability in India, these devices will soon be available in India by the end of this month. In all likelihood, it will be sold through Flipkart, where Asus will announce some discounts and benefits to early adopters.
